There is a cremation in the morning for close friends and family followed by a thanksgiving service at St.Thomas at 2pm. The service will include: Sarah's favourite hymn, 'I mustn't forget to say a great big thank you'; music by Whitney Houston, Thin Lizzy, Elton John; and tributes to Sarah by Ray Ricardi, Kate Scholes, some of Sarah's friends and her sister Holly. At the end of the service there will be an opportunity to write your memories in books for the family to read later. Donations will be given to Piam Brown ward.

Sarah
Hi im so very sorry to of heard of your loss, Sarah was a lovely girl, i didnt know any of you well, but we saw you a few times on the ward,
I didnt know Sarah's story until a few months ago, when her mum came to see me on the ward, i was so sad at the news she told me, i had always assumed Sarah was just having check ups while we were there on day ward as she always looked so well, she was obviously a fighter, and stayed strong til the end, you are all in my thoughts,
love Katie,

Sarah
I have grown up alongside Sarah, just a couple of years older than her, and have seen her blossom into such a gorgeous girl. Even when some time had passed and i hadn´t spoken to her for a while, she was always the warmest and friendlest person and a really genuine carer of people, always asking how i was first. I will always remember our really fun camping holiday in the South of France and all of us kiddies having such fun at the pool, cycling round and round the campsite and playing at the beach. I know that Sarah was admired by so many people for being so strong throughout her illness and for sustaining such a positive outlook. The memorial service sounds beautiful, i only wish i could have been there. Love from Lauren
my memory of sarah
i can always remember the time when sarah came to my best mates house party and she was laid against the door in the downstairs loo! we couldn't find her and the loo door seemed to be stuck so a friend kicked the door open! only to crack sarah on the head! she spend the rest of the evening telling us how much her head hurt!
Sarah
We Knew Sarah since she was 5 years old and started at Lymington Infants. One of our most vivid memories is when she fell through a glass door just before our families were due to go on a camping holiday to France. Sarah was totally unfazed by this. Gutsy is the word that best descibes her. Whilst all the adults panicked and discussed whether to go or not Sarah, even at such a tender age acted bravely and with courage. How we had no idea then what was to come. The little girl then became the courageous young lady that we said goodbye to on Friday 18th May 2007 T + H
